On 20 th of April, I sent you the final loan payment and I am so happy that all the loan is covered now, and I have to say you thank you again for all Your help and support-THANK YOU SO MUCH!
As these days I have been quite busy because my mum  is coming to live here in UK with my dog and I was looking for a flat to rent that's why I am sending You this email a bit later.
And also I have found a new job - I am working already nearly 4 month in the Dental Practice in Oxford as a nurse but  I am  still working in the same nursing home as well - and at the moment I have quite busy work schedule, but it's Ok- I can manage but  when my mum will come after a month I will work only in the Dental Practice. 
1 year working in the nursing home was a good time to step up, settle down and improve my English skills - now I can understand nearly every accent in English and I have a lot of friends as well.
And I am very happy to live in the UK.
